GLOW X GO Wholesale Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility and Application 1.1 To qualify for a wholesale account with GLOW X GO, applicants must be a registered business operating as a salon, spa, or beauty service provider. Proof of business registration and ownership is required. 1.2 Applicants must complete the wholesale registration form and provide accurate and up-to-date information. GLOW X GO reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion. 1.3 Approved applicants will receive a confirmation email with login details for accessing the wholesale section of our website.
2. Account Maintenance 2.1 Wholesale account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to GLOW X GO immediately. 2.2 GLOW X GO reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts that violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.
3. Pricing and Payment 3.1 Wholesale prices are exclusive to registered and approved wholesale accounts and are subject to change without notice. 3.2 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST, shipping, and handling fees. 3.3 Payment for wholesale orders must be made at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on our website. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment options.
4. Minimum Order Requirements 4.1 Wholesale orders must meet a minimum order value of AUD $50 per transaction. Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be processed. 4.2 Bulk discounts may be available for larger orders. Please contact our sales team for more information.
5. Shipping and Handling 5.1 Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order size, weight, and destination. GLOW X GO will use reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery. 5.2 Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and relevant time frames for shipping. International shipping may incur additional charges and longer delivery times. 5.3 GLOW X GO is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping.
6. Returns and Exchanges 6.1 Due to the nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. 6.2 In the event of damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. We may request photographic evidence and/or the return of the defective products for inspection. 6.3 Approved claims for damaged or defective products will be resolved through replacement or store credit at GLOW X GO's discretion.
7. Marketing and Resale 7.1 Wholesale account holders are permitted to resell GLOW X GO products in their salons and through their business channels. 7.2 The use of GLOW X GO branding, marketing materials, and trademarks is PROHIBITED. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or branding is strictly prohibited. 7.3 Wholesale account holders must not engage in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
8. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property 8.1 All information provided by GLOW X GO, including pricing, product details, and marketing strategies, is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. 8.2 GLOW X GO retains all intellectual property rights to its products, branding, and marketing materials. Wholesale account holders must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any GLOW X GO materials without prior written consent.
9. Amendments 9.1 GLOW X GO reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 9.2 It is the responsibility of the wholesale account holder to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the wholesale account constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
10. Governing Law 10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of NSW, Australia. 10.2 Any disputes arising from the wholesale program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
