GLOW X GO HYBRID COLLAGEN REDLIGHT THERAPY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please kindly read and agree to the following terms and conditions before utilizing our self-service facility at Glow x Go:

• Medical Conditions: Prior to using our self-serve service, it is important to inform us of any medical conditions that may impact your ability to use the service safely. Failure to do so will result in an instant ban from all Glow x Go services, as it compromises the safety and well-being of yourself and others. If you are currently taking any medications, have a history of skin problems, or believe that you may be particularly sensitive to sunlight, we strongly advise consulting a physician before using our services. If you have any concerns or uncertainties, please consult with your healthcare provider before proceeding with our services. By signing this form, you agree that you have truthfully provided your up to date and correct medical history.

• Cleanliness: It is your responsibility to maintain cleanliness during your session. Please ensure you clean the machine using the provided paper towels and disinfectant spray, leaving the room in the same condition as you found it. All cleaning supplies are conveniently provided. Failure to clean up, or leaving the room messy, with unpleasant odors, may result in a warning. After three warnings, you will be banned from self-serve services at Glow x Go. Take extra care of our finishes, such as cupboards and bench tops, which can stain if lotion is left on them for extended periods. Please use the side table to apply lotion to avoid any accidents.

• Individual Usage: To maintain safety and privacy, we kindly request that you visit the salon by yourself. Accompanying guests are not allowed inside the tanning room. If you have a second person with you, they will need to wait in our reception area until your appointment is finished. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a warning and, at our discretion, a ban from self-serve services at Glow x Go if intentional rule breaking is identified.

• Cream Usage: You are only allowed to use the number of creams that you have paid for. Our standard pricing covers the use of one (1) lotion sachet or cup. If you require additional creams, please notify us before your session so that we can update your payment accordingly.

• Payment: All self-service appointments must be paid in full before leaving the premises. Payment options include PAY ID transfer or our upcoming online booking system. Alternatively, you may pay in advance if preferred.

• Cancellations: A $20 fee will be imposed for cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment.

• No shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in a NO-SHOW fee. In the interest of fairness to our valued clients, we maintain the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and this fee will be imposed for the missed appointment. 

• Rescheduling: You are permitted to reschedule/cancel your appointment on two consecutive occasions, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. However, please be aware that a cancellation fee will be applied if you attempt to reschedule/cancel for a third time or if you fail to reschedule/cancel within the designated 24 hour timeframe.

• Running Late? Please let us know if you are running late. GLOW X GO maintains the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and this fee will be imposed for the missed appointment

• Time Allocation: Each session has a maximum duration of 30 minutes. Please be mindful of this time limit to ensure a seamless experience for you and the next client. Failure to adhere to your allocated time frame will result in being charged for the next impacted session, as it causes lost business and dissatisfaction. Let's work together to ensure everyone has a stress-free and enjoyable appointment.

• Adjusting Session Times and Monitoring Usage: As session minutes may vary depending on individual preferences and requirements, it may be necessary for you to adjust the time settings on the machine yourself. To facilitate accurate record-keeping, we kindly request that you take a picture of the screen displaying the total time minutes prior to each session - Failure to do so will result in a $10 Fee.
By providing us with this information, we can calculate the duration of the previous session accurately, ensuring there are no discrepancies between the minutes paid for and the minutes actually used on the globe life. This meticulous monitoring helps maintain fairness for all our valued clients.

We kindly remind you to be vigilant in adhering to the allocated time for your sessions. It is important to note that any instances of exceeding the paid minutes without adjustment may result in the loss of self-service privileges at GLOW X GO. In such cases, we kindly ask that you avail our services with the presence of a staff member.

• Access Code: A unique one-time access code will be provided upon your self-serve appointment. Under no circumstances should this code be shared with anyone else. Our digital door lock and surveillance cameras monitor all timestamped activity. Sharing or encouraging others to use the access code will lead to fines and a ban from all Glow x Go services.

• Duty of Care: We rely on our clients to report any suspicious behavior or unsatisfactory cleanliness at Glow x Go. Your vigilance allows us to address any unwelcome clients promptly and enhance the experience for all. Please help us maintain the highest standards.

• Behaviour: As the salon houses other businesses, we kindly ask that you conduct yourself responsibly and respectfully. Avoid yelling, shouting, screaming, or using profanities in the presence of other businesses and their clients. Please maintain a quiet environment during your visit to ensure a comfortable experience for all clients, including those receiving other treatments.

• Attention: When arriving at Glow x Go, please ensure there are no other clients present in the room prior to accessing it. Knock and double-check to avoid interrupting someone else's privacy.

• Stock: Access behind the counter/desk at Glow x Go is strictly prohibited at all times. If you wish to inspect a product, please contact us through messaging or by phone to make arrangements. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a ban from self-serve services.

• Amenities: If you wish to use the balcony, please ensure it is left in its original condition, and don't forget to lock the door when leaving. When using the bathroom, please leave it clean and promptly notify us of any issues or accidents that may have occurred.

• Property Damage: Any damage to our property or the salon's property, whether it occurs on the premises or elsewhere, will incur a fine, as well as 50% of the repair cost that will be charged to you. In the case of intentional damage, legal actions will be pursued, and a lifetime ban from Glow x Go will be imposed.


By accepting these terms, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above. I agree to abide by these rules during my self-service appointments at Glow x Go. I agree that I have been given instruction for the proper use of the equipment, and I will use it at my own risk. I hereby release the owners, operators, and manufacturers from any damages that I might incur due to the use of any facilities at Glow x Go.
